What's wrong with Video-Now?

I made an order of some very popular titles such as MIB , Jurassic park 1 & 2 boxed, Shanghai noon etc etc but after 3 weeks these titles are still in backorder. I am not ordering some weird-hard to get titles .. 3 weeks is just simply unacceptable. Just canceled my order today
Stay clear of them I reckon.. or anyone got any idea what's going on wth them?

I think they are pretty good genearlly.
Their stocking situation has always been a little problematic... they don't get a lot of stock, and if they do, they give it to their preorder customers first, etc.

Actually, Soup Nazi... even if you ask 'what is wrong' with Video-Now you will still get the same response count, because they are really that middle-the-road (and not nearly as bad as you suggest).
