This has got to be the truly worst company
for online orders...I don't even know if I want to detail how many customer service reps
I've talked to and how much time trying to explain simple concepts and explain that
I received something I did'nt order and
to send me a return label to send back.
All these reps want to do is put me on hold and give me someone elses number to call so they can waste more of my time..best they could do so far is say go to best buy to return..which is like trip to hell..I drive half hour there then wait in long line and then have to explain why they should give my money back to some teenager who loves to have power over an adult by saying I don't think we can do that....The reason I buy online is so I dont have to deal with the idiots at the store and waste time/gas and sitting in f..ing traffic.Die Best Buy Die!!!You Suck..

My Best Buy orders come with a return label on the invoice.

I like Best Buy the Store - Best Buy the Online Site isn't to my liking either navigation or price wise, except for the occasional deal.

my dvd came with invoice and return label removed..nobody at company wants to send
me another label...is that too much too ask for a customer...?

If there is a store near you, you can always just return what you didn't order (or don't want) there. I've done it before and didn't have any problems.

Of course, this only works is there is a BestBuy near you.
