what if i cancelled an order with a gift certificate amount applied to it. will the gift certificate amount i applied be credited back to my account? thanks

Considering I've been able to get coupons recredited before (haven't tried recently though) I would be VERY surprised if they didn't recredit GCs...

thanks.. i hope the cancellation request on the order pushes thru. i pre-ordered some 10/24 releases last night not knowing that there would be free shipping today and tomorrow.. saving an extra $8 would help the budget.

the best thing to do is make sure you ask them via the CS web form. That's really where I've recevied the best CS from. Everytime I've used that, including the few Reel orders that had problems in the transition, it's been solved relatively quickly.
