New eBay selling feature: Promoted Listings

Below is an item I'm selling and the charge if I were to use the feature:

Up to 30% greater chance of my item selling if I enable the Promoted Listing feature. Plus I have to pay eBay a fee.

Anyone has had more success selling their items using it?

It’s a good way to encourage users to compete to add even more fees.

Results are a total crapshoot.

I kinda had a feeling.

I have no plans to use it. I think eBay is inundated so much that a small seller like me my listings will easily get overlooked. Plus I'm tired of paying more fees to eBay.
