They don't have a 1-800 number because five Customer service reps, two who work through a temp agency, can't handle it..

These two handle the bulk of customer complaints and will get you the results you need...so stop e-mailing tewc customerservice..they are SO far behind ansewring them you'll get your order before you get an e-mail.
