I was wondering about a -10.00 coupon I used awhile ago? I received the below email reply on 10/11 from on of your csr about it which led me to beleive the -10.00 had been taken off or a 10.00 credit applied. As of 10/19 the initial charge is still 10.00 to much and I have received no credit for 10.00 from 800.com on my Visa CC for the coupon and my order history on your web site still says partially shipped with the coupon on back-order. Is this something I need to Contact Visa to take care of?
