In a moment of stupidity 10 days ago, I decided to order a couple of DVDs from OneAsia, even though I've had lots of problems with them in the past. Anyhow, I sent them a few emails asking for shipping address confirmation, with no reply. Finally I sent them an email 3 days ago stating that if they didn't respond back to me within a day, I would cancel the order. Sure enough, they never responded. Furthermore, my credit card still has a temporary authorization which still hasn't been posted, so I can't even dispute the charge at this point.
Are these guys still in business?

well they finally sent me an email back. The CS guy even gave me a phone number to call, of course he wasn't there when I called him. The number was out of Vancouver, BC. Must be a small staff there.

I had a good experience with OneAsia a few months ago, and I was anxious to do business with them again.
However, after trying to navigate through their new interface, I gave up with disgust.
I just ordered my first shipment of discs from DDDHouse. I'm curious to see how things go.

Looks like they got their act together and I finally was able to talk to a live person about my order.
Another observation - it looks like they never update DVD prices, so whatever was the price that was on it originally is the price. There are many prices that are still at $26US that have been reduced by to $8US by other stores. However, some of the new DVDs are quite competitive in price.
