Has anyone placed an order at 800.com w/ using Webcert? They declined my card and cancelled the order.

I did and it seems to have worked fine--but it's for a preorder...

That happened to me with a webcertificate at Buy.com a couple of weeks ago. I called webcertificate and they said their payment processing computer was down. I tried again the following day, and it went through. Give 'em a call and see if that's the problem.
