If you have a MasterCard MasterMoney Debit card and cannot place an order with Bestbuy.com I highly recommend you go and place a complaint with MasterCard.

Bestbuy must take orders from all Mastercard holders if they say they take them, and that includes bank/debit cards as well. They are the only store I've ever ordered from that rejects my card.

Have you contacted them about this??? Did they actually state that they do not accept these cards? I would guess it is some kind of technical problem with their billing dept which has happened to me with other stores in the past!!!

Yes, I've contacted them about it and they're aware of it but it's an ongoing problem (over 3 weeks now).

It's probably limited to specific banks, but it's something they need to resolve. If the problem is on MasterCard's end, that's why you should complain.
