I use them a lot, but will be stopping soon. I suggest you don't order anything that says "shipping in 1-2 weeks" or more, stick with 24 hours because chances are you're never going to get your stuff anyways. When they started they were great on sending out stuff, but now it seems they carry a stock of about 1% of what they sell only and their distributors won't send them any more. I suggest you only order books from them since it seems to be the only thing that they can still send in a reasonnable amount of time. And if you do order and they can't get the item, the order will stay there for years and they won't even let you know to give you an option to cancel it or keep it. I have about 5 orders (mostly books though) in limbo there that have been waiting since as far back as October 99 and they seem to have forgotten I have them. So... my Chapters.ca recommendation goes from a "average to good buy" to a "mediocre to poor" buy.
