It's been twice now I've received a shipping notice stating complimentary shipping upgrade, which used to mean delivery in 2-3 days. In both cases it's been 4 days and still waiting.
Maybe they have a new distribution center which takes extra travel time? Or is simply a case of "Lost in Mail"?

I ordered Stephen King's On Writing book last Tuesday, October 3, 2000 and got a shipping notice of a comlimentary upgrade from Standard Shipping to 2-3 Day US Priority Shipping. Well, this Tuesday, October 10, 2000 will be the fifth business day IF I receive it. All my Standard or First Class Shipping's almost always arrive in 2 days. Thanks for the useless upgrade Amazon.

I ordered something that stated 2-3 days, but it's been a week and I've yet to get any confirmation. Anyone ever had such an experience? What should I do about it?<HR>
Cancel the order or wait. I've been waiting on G3 for a month, even though it says 24 hours. Also, Leon replacement says 24 hours, yet it's been six days since.

Well, on one order, they said 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I get an e-mail wondering if I still wanted b/c it will be another 1-2 weeks. Then 2 weeks later, I got another e-mail asking for permission for another 1-2 weeks. I agreed again, and guess what happened in another 2 weeks?
So 8 weeks later, still no DVD in stock ... so I cancelled. Why did they say 1-2 weeks in the first place? Are they that confident about filling orders?
Yeah, some of you are wondering which DVD this was ... it was Chaplin starring Robert Downey, Jr.
