Twec.com has an Alfred Hitchcock collection availible that's advertised as including 13 of the director's movies. I ordered it in good faith and when it arrived it contained only 2. I've contacted their customer service 4 times both by phone and e-mail and they promised to sort it out and get back to me immediately. It's been 2 weeks now and I've heard nothing...and they still have the collection listed as including 13 movies. These people are advertising a product that doesn't exist, hoping that people won't bother to return it when they don't get what they ordered. Even if it is returned, they still get to keep the shipping and handling cost. Anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with these jerks?
