Has anyone on this forum used video-now.com for ordering their dvd's? I think it's a Canadian store and would like to order Eyes Wide Shut from there as I've been hearing that the full cut of EWS was only available from Canadian online stores.
Help, anyone?

They are pretty good: I think there was a thread on them a few weeks back.
They offer free shipping if you order two DVDs, but watch the prices, some are much more expensive than other stores. Sometimes cheaper than anywhere else (like High Fidelity).
I have not had any problems with them in the past, except I have two minor complaints:
1. They charge your credit card when you order, even for pre-orders
2. Some preorders they ship later than the release date (only some... like 50% chance?)

I tried them out for the first time myself last week and was also disappointed they had charged my credit card immediately.
But I think what bothers me more is that when I called today to get a status on my order, I had to leave a message and have yet to receive a return phone call.
