has anyone else who preordered this not recieved it yet? i have sent the tons of emails for the past few weeks and they still have not responded. does anyone know of a phone number that i can call them at?

I tried to go to their site and it would not even load!!! I thought I had heard awhile back they were going out of business!!! I would cancel your order if able and place the order through another online store. If I locate a number I will let you know.
