I live in the US and was thinking of preordering Toy Story:Toy box from them. Has anyone dealt with them before? And if you have how are they with shipping preorders?

That's strange.
I've ordered from them plenty of times (including the Toy Story Boxset) and have never had a problem like Jon was suggesting as of yet hey.
They seem to be a good online store but after Jon's remarks, you might wanna just watch that price as they ship your items.
Also, they count the boxset as 1 item so you must get something else if you want free shipping too.
