I placed one order that consisted of three pre-ordered titles and included a coupon and free shipping. Everything went like clockwork, including timeliness. However, you might want to perform a search to see comments from the masses who have had cancelled orders on supposedly in-stock merchandise. There are some real TWEC horror stories out there.

Avoid Twec.com...they will cancel your order with out telling you if they cant get it within a month. They dont reply to emails....literally unless you threaten them with legal action. happened to me ...will happen to you.

Beware of TWEC....
I preordered the Slayers DVD Box Set and was told this morning that they wouldn't recieve it until NOVEMBER 10th!!!!!!!!
They have some very nice coupons but it seems that either all their DVDs are either backordered or didn't arrive. I'm extremely disappointed with their service. Their customer service was friendly though. I cannot reccommend this company though.
Buyer beware.
