I'd like the people who managed to get an order in for $79.99 PS2 deal/misprice at chapters.ca to post their current order status. This could help to give us some kind of idea on the current position of this issue.

If possible could you give your location, time of cancellation, and the quantity you ordered.

I ordered a total of 1 from Ottawa Ontario, Canada and as of the time of this posting my order is still "awaiting shipment" according to chapters.

I received my cancellation about an hour ago. I ordered 1. I did not receive an email.

As of now, my order has been cancelled.

I've already sent an email to their customer service and I will be contacting my credit card company.

Flame me if you want, but I honestly believe that they are NOT aloud to do this sort of thing...at least not here in Canada.

If you agree with me aboot this send 'em some nasty email, eh

I ordered one from Baltimore.
It was awaiting shipment as of early morning this Friday, but now it is cancelled. I know the pricing error was very obvious, but those of us who got the order in should at least get some kind of deal. Or at least an e-mail explaining the situation. Cancelling without even bothering to notify the customers is really bad.

Contact your CC company about what? That chapters.ca did not charge your card? ROFLMAO. If you are going to send a complaint at least learn to spell properly. Chapters won't even bother to give you the time of day IMHO.
