I've little but praise for the service offered by Djangos over the past few months, especially for their attitude towards international customers which has been a lifeline for me since the demise of Reel.

However, in the hope that some of their reps read the forum (as I've tried mailing these concerns to them a couple of times but to little response), I'd beg them to sort out their preordering system for DVDs.

Does anyone else feel the same?

1 Can they simply have a list of DVDs to preorder, rather than me having to wade through 1000+titles, the majority of which are VHS?

2 Can anyone add preorder boxsets to their cart? Try it with the Scream set, Toy Story Toybox, James Bond #3 etc, and all you get is a SKU error. Is this just me?

3 For weeks now titles such as Mission Impossible 2, Final Destination, Me Myself & I etc have been preorderable on VHS, but not on DVD. How often do they update the preorders?!

Not sure if this is the forum to post this, but figured it was in the spirit of wanting an already very good online store to become an excellent one.
