I received a gift certificate code from Buy.com but it doesnt go thru when i try to order. I called several times to resolve this problem but the GC dept supe is always "out" and the regular supes keep repeating the mantra, "i'll email them about it." So far nothing has been resolved!

Anyone know any email address or phone numbers to any "higher authorities" at Buy.com to contact to fix this problem promptly?

Would this GC happen to be a Reel.com one? If so then BUY.com keeps saying they haven't registered all the codes in(this was during the summer.) If you want a straight answer try emailing Lisa, a higher up, at [email protected]

If this is a pure Buy.com GC, then I've only had one experience, but mine also failed to register when I attempted to enter it during checkout. Instead, I had to log into my account, find the GC link, then enter it there. Then, when I separately went through the process of filling the cart and checking out, the GC magically appeared and worked.
