Why hasn't my T2:UE shipped from Amazon yet?

I ordered Terminator 2: Ultimate Edition from Amazon on Sunday, September 10th. I recieved an order confirmation but I never got the shipping confirmation. On the site it says that the product is in stock and will ship within 24 hours. Three days after ordering it I checked the site under my recent orders and sure enough, it hadn't shipped. Well, that was three days ago and it still has not shipped. I emailed amazon yesterday morning asking what was going on, but they have not responded yet. Does anyone know if this DVD is out of stock, or is Amazon just screwed up?

I found that ringing them is the better option as they hardly ever answer my emails...

Actually, I've e-mailed them quite a few times the past couple months and have gotten responses within 48 hrs. each time (usually 24 hrs.). In fact, I e-mailed them again tonight, so we'll see...
