Sorry, I don't have the answer, but if you can't find it at their website, check the CSR phone thread in the Bargains Forum. If not there, call one of their B&M to see if they have the number.

Let me guess... Weird Science and Sixteen Candles? Me too. I sent them e-mail but of course have heard nothing.

Personally, I don't care much until they charge my card. If it goes another month I'll probably forget I ever had them ordered.

Of course, they won't be getting any more business from me.

No, 16 candles and Cutthroat Island. 16 candles i can understand a wait for, however CI was just re-released and is soo soo readily avaliable that this is rediuclas.

I sent a 3rd angry message in 2 weeks (the first 2 polite ones were ignored) today about my order...*that* got a response.

My next email to them was a cancellation.

Oh my god! Cutthroat Island??!?! That's like the worst film in history - I use that as a film to measure other horribly awful films against: "Sure End of Days was horrible, but it was only 89% as bad as Cutthroat Island" or "Killer Condom was pretty bad, but it was still 6% better than Cutthroat Island."

Goddamn I hate this company, since they have free shipping and a 10 off coupon i tried to give them 1 last chance and ordered 2 DVDs and a CD, and 3 days later they send me an email saying they cancelled the order and i have no idea why. these people are idiots.

okay, after sending me an email saying my order was cancelled, i went out and bought the items i ordered elsewhere and replied to their email telling them to make sure its cancelled. Now i get an email from them saying they shipped my order and charged my credit card. WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Does Twec.com have any Dvd's? I ordered 3 Dvd's yesterday and received an e-mail from them today telling me all 3 Dvd's were on backorder. The price was good for the movies but not if I never receive the movies.

TWEC is cancelling orders after a specific period of time if they are unable to get the movies ordered in stock!! There is a thread about this in the Bargains forum!!!!
