Problems with Express and Pioneer?

I've had a Dragonball Z DVD on order with them for over a month (Captain Ginyu #2) and every time I call I get no status update.
I basically get, "it'll ship when we get some. Do you want to cancel?"
I can't get a straight answer from them. Is anyone else having problems with Express?

There have been other threads recently stating the same problem!!! Express must be hurting financially....I truly believe they are stocking up on the high sale titles and getting the lower priority titles when it is convenient for them!!! It appears they are having trouble paying their bills!!!!
