I pre-ordered T2 and Magnolia 3 weeks prior to their 8/29 street. When I called them 5 days ago I was told they would both ship Monday, 9/11. Well T2 did go out Monday (2 weeks late) and Magnolia didn't. When I called I was told "Mongolia" would ship late Monday. It still hasn't shipped as of today, Wednesday.

What really burns me is throughout the entire 2 week delay, BOTH items proudly say "Ships in 24-48 hours" on the site. That's entirely misleading if not false advertising.

I'm ready to drop them. Please suggest other stores who promptly ship hot titles. At this point I'd spend a few extra $ to get Reel.com quality service.

Unfortunately, you ran into some bad service on your first order through them....I have had some minor problems such as this but for the most part they have preorders to me the day prior to their release or earlier!!! With their coupons and now another free shipping promotion along with their low prices....I can wait if titles are not shipped on time which is not that often!!! My Planet of the Apes Box Set finally arrived at the end of August after being released on Aug 15th....why did I not cancel??? Well, I paid a total of $80.00 for:
