How will DVDempire work out the Leon exchange problem?

Leon was the fist DVD is bought from dvdempire. Now that they are going to bring out a fixed DVD of Leon, how will dvdempire let us exchange this? I already watched mine, and did not know about the audio problem until after I opened and checked it out. Will dvdempire make us pay for shipping?

Yeah, and I know DVEMPIRE seems to answer questions here, so I was thinking it would be faster on this board. I do know the other online stores are paying for shipping and everything..so I hope Empire does this as well.

Okay...okay.....back into the office. I always like dealing with these high stress situations.
We are awaiting a call back from our rep at Columbia and so is the reason for not having a more specific answer.
Rest assured I was not avoiding this issue....just working for a living and trying to roll-out our new Q4 programs.......sorry.

As stated in the other forum thread....we are expecting to receive them tomorrow....no promises when it comes to promises. However, I spoke to our MGM rep and they state the same.
