How do you price match at Amazon?

I am trying to buy an item at Amazon, but Buy has it lower. Do I have to place the order, then call Amazon for them to price match? I have been looking through their Help Desk area and cannot find anything about this on their site. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Jellis. I e-mailed them anyway and gave them the URL to the page with the same item. I'll have to see what they say.

I beleive Buy.com does not price match on pre-orders either anymore.

As much as i dislike buy.com, id have to admit they have the cheapest pre-order prices to begin with as well as cheaper prices in general. Still doesnt excuse their lack of customer service though.
