I have e-mailed them two sites already(9thtee/123cdc) to buy the diamondmax 60gb. and they told me that they dont pricematch one store and that the other store has a refurbished product. Then when you call them they say that they dont have it in stock.

Yah, pricematching can be tricky, but I ordered something from them yesterday and used a 20 off 50 coupon to buy a label maker. I'm suppost to get it tommorow. So, overall I've had an o.k. experience with them.

What was the hardrive for? TiVo?

There was a thread that answered teh question of how to get the offer from staples. I think you had to print out the price from the other place, show them at a store, then get teh 30 off 150 or something like that.

yeah but they wont apply the coupon. only pricematch.

Most of us here realize that Staples.com falls into the major "Is Suck" category. That's why we don't even bother with them anymore.

I understand, but 20 off 50 wasn't bad, now all I have to do is wait. Hopefully, I'll get my label maker tommorow. If so, then I have nothing to say bad against staples.com.
