Today I recieved 4 packages. 1 doesn't even show up on my rental queue or shipping, the other just came with the piece of paper you rip off to open it. I fired off a customer service email. anyone have similar problems?

I've gotten a movie from Netflix that I never ordered so I looked at the address. It was for my next door neighbor.

I just got one that had the wrong disc in the white sleeve and with a crack in it to boot.
