Has anyone heard anything offical?
I didn't get an "opt to cancel" e-mail like some of the others here, and I still have a pending order with them (Fargo) that's been backordered since release date.
Their webpage hasn't been updated in weeks.
Looks like if they're going to close they'd take down the link or at least post something on the main page.

I finally got an e-amil response from these guys, cancelled a back ordered item, and received what I had ordered. Rumor has it that DVDjam is being used mainly as a place to get to DivaDee. I was told by a major DVD news site that they are unable or unwilling to pay their advertising bills. They'll probably hold out for as long as possible, but in my eyes, they're dead.
