Has anybody ordered from these guys? I've placed an order but their website is stating that I've not ordered any movies, oh yeah and they debited my Visa card aswell

I ordered T2: UE and A Bug's Life: CE at video-now.com and haven't received them yet. Have been waiting 1 1/2 week, but they haven't shipped it because of the well-known problems with T2. And it does take a while before your order shows up on their page, so be patient.

Hey scn1, don't stress dude.

Video-now's servers always take about three to five days to show your order. It's been like that since they first started.

I've been buying from them for a while now and never had a problem with them.

I had the same concerns as you do when I first bought off them but they seem to be quite good actually.


If you mail them, they even answer. Now that's something most shops don't do very well!

I am one of their earliest customers and I can add to the above list of confirmation concerning their reliability.

Sometimes they do ship titles late, but they will get them to you (eventually).

What I hate is their practice of charging your card even when it's a pre-order for something months away. That is pretty annoying.

I got an e-mail from them this morning confirming everything is OK. However it's still not showing on their web site, but my concerns have been laid to rest
