I've been waiting to use these 10/30 coupons (along with some GCs) until they have free shipping, but the coupons will probably be pulled by then.
So my question is this - if I make a preorder now (let's say November or December releases), and in the meantime they have a free shipping weekend, can I phone them up and have a CSR credit my pending order?

You can try....but do not count on it!!! I seriously doubt they are going to have a free shipping promotion anytime soon!!! They really overextended themselves in June/early July with the coupons and free shipping they offered!!! Until the coupons expire, do not expect to see a free shipping weekend!!! Hopefully, I am wrong!!!
