I haven't seen an option such as "Ship when both items are avaliable" thingy in their order page. Does buy.com ship pre orders and stuff that's in stock separately if I were to order a DVD that's a pre order and one that's avliable now? I wanna make it so that both are shipped at the same time when the pre-order is avliable. Anyone know?

Thanks.

Buy.com will ship items as they are available. If one DVD is in stock, they will ship thaat "immediately". Then, when the pre-order becomes available, they will ship that separately. No extra charge for shipping separately. As far as I know, this is only option for shipping multiple items.

The above post is one of the many reasons I like buy.com.

My Edwards Scissorhands pre-order went from "Sent to Warehouse," to "Processing," to "On Order." WTF??

I'm still waiting for 'BOOGIE NIGHTS' a week after street. I ordered it with 'JURASSIC PARK'. It still says ON ORDER. BTW does anyone else have to wait forever for some of the BUY.COM account pages to load? I have DSL and anytime of the day or night I have a lonnnnngggg wait.

Welcome to the club. Although I received Edward Scissorhands last Friday, I am still waiting for them to ship:
North by Northwest
Magnolia
Repo Man

(all from the same order).

Buy.con, indeed.

I'm still waiting on my Braveheart, but I'm not ready to call them Buy.con yet. I like them in general, but they have to fix these delays...
