Buy.com has 4 of my 5 preorders for Tuesday in:
Magnolia
Boogie Nights
Braveheart
North By Northwest.
But not the Evil Dead 2 non tin version. Oh, sure, they've got the tin, but not the regular.
I preordered a month ago. Never, never again will I use buy.com. They've done this to me every time I ordered from them. Why oh why can't I learn.

Word is that the Evil Dead 2 non-tin was delayed from the manufacturer. I haven't seen it at any B&M's or even available at any e-tailers. Probably not buy.com's fault on this one.
I ordered NxNW and the ED2 tin Tuesday from them, they've shipped, and should arrive tomorrow. Haven't had a bad experience yet, but still keeping my fingers crossed.
