i took advantage of the 25% off, and the $10 off coupons at twec.com, but haven't heard anything since their "backorder" email. has anyone heard anything, or received their dvds yet? i usually wouldn't be so concerned, but i ordered a movie for my wife (i will not give the title) and it was listed as "backordered". of all the titles in the world, this one should never be on backorder. anyone?

i took advantage of the $10 off 2 dvds and got my first dvd (Highlander) 5 days after placing my order.. my other dvd is a pre-order (Any Given Sunday).

I have had no problems with these guys. The DVDs sometimes don't arrive until a couple days after the release date but other than that they are great.

I used the $10 off 2 DVD coupon on 8/18 and got both movies by 8/25.

I received a shipping notice for both my movies but haven't gotten them yet, this was more than a week ago! Should I be concerned?

i pre-ordered the Jet Li Coll. (first purchase) & received it on the 24th. One of my other pre-orders is the James Bond Coll. - got it with the 25% off coup. for $76.40. If this comes through, i think i've found a new fave e-tailer...

these guys suck. sometimes ittakes them over 2 months to ship something and trying to get ahold of customer service is useless.

I got my one order, Pump Up The Volume, but the other order, 16 Candles is backordered. However, i looked my credit card statement up and they already credited $10, so that's very cool.

I ordered two with the $10 off 2 DVD coupon. They backordered one immediately (Marx Brothers' Cocoanuts) and CANCELED the other (Flash Gordon), even though it is still listed on their web site. No response yet to any of my emails, and they don't appear to have a customer service phone number... I'll dispute with my credit card company if they try charging full price or some such thing. How this gets resolved will determine if I order from them again.

The other two I ordered with $10 off 25. I recieved both of them. Platoon and Midnight Run.

I placed two orders on 8/17 - one for Sixteen Candles and Weird Science, the other for Mask and Amityville Horror.

I got Mask on 8/25, Amityville is a pre-order and I haven't heard anything about the other two. My order's probably backordered like everyone else's.

Recieved singles in 5 days after order but i am waiting for Prince of Darkness which is on Backorder.
