Anyone have probs with dvdjam.com?

I placed a pre-order for Naked Gun series and purchased Army of Darkness 
C on 8/3 using dvdjam's "buy 3, get 1 free" deal. Every other online retailer is listing AoD C as in-stock, but dvdjam still has it on backorder 3 weeks after I placed the order. They also have not responded to two e-mails. I'm pretty steamed. Have you guys had any similar experiences with them?
