Can Best Buy (BB) gc's be applied to BB credit card?

I received a $15 gift card from firstlook. Now, I am just trying to figure out if I can apply this gc to my tv that was put on the Best Buy card.

Unfortunately, no.
I remember reading in the terms and agreement that you can't use a GC to cover any outstanding balances.
GC's have to be applied at the time of purchase.
