Cybershop (ECS) deny 50% rebate for Express

I made my first order at Express when Cybershop had their 50% rebate last month. I sent them my confirmation number and Cybershop claims the number is invalid giving several possible reasons for this. Basically, they believe I didn't shop from Cybershop when I actually did. I emailed them again with the information and I received the same reply today from them.
Anyone else in the same boat? I explained to them in my email that I indeed went through Cybershop and that I qualify for the rebate. Luckily, I had a preorder which I can still cancel.
