My rant for the day is the pathetic "return policy" Sam Goody has for discs that are damaged in the mail. They refuse to send replacement discs, instead demanding that you place your order again. The CSRs attempt to feed you some drivel about how they will adjust the price on your second order to match the lower pre-order price although I have yet to have that happen.
So, as a friendly warning, beware the new Sam Goody that apparently likes to ship discs in padded mailers ala CDUniverse style.

It was the mail and not UPS?
I ask that because I have MIB on pre-order and I got it free from a test drive deal, so I don't want to cancel it for any reason. But, I'm moving next week and the CSR couldn't (or wouldn't) change my shipping address. I couldn't tell from the site what shipping they use - if it's mail, then OK, I have to wait a little bit for forwarding - no problem. But if it's UPS, then I'll have to cancel and probably have to go through a big hassle with the CSR to have my giftcard credited. Gotta give a big thumbs up to amazon - changing shipping was incredibly easy. SG.com has a lot to learn.
