I emailed them on 3 dvds i found cheper and ask them to price match and they sent me back 3 emails saying they beleive there prices are competative enough that the dint need to price match any longer.

I wouldn't go that far (the brainscan thing 
). I don't order as much from them as I used to, got side tracked w/ coupons and deals, however DVDexpress is still one of the more reliable companies out there IMHO.
