When I tried to find the status of an order, there was a message saying "There is no eAccount associated with this e-mail address." Well, if that was the case why do they keep sending me e-mails about all the specials they have??? Obviously they DO have mY e-mail address. So now I have to waist time to e-mail them to correct this problem because of their own incompetence. DAMN BUY.COM!

i've had that happen recently myself... i called to reset my password...worked fine for a little bit then reverted back to that state...its bs....i didnt even bother calling again to reset the password. call the CSR... have them reset the password. good luck. man they are really going down hill... it seems the only messages i ever reply to these days are about how buy.com sucks.
