I preordered the DTS version of IwtV back in March from Buy.com and received it today one week before it is supposed to street.

But as I look at the package it says nothing about DTS and it includes both the full-screen and matted widescreen.

I have the feeling that they sent me the old version, but can anyone confirm it before I call them? The UPC on this is 85391-31762.

The new DTS version only has the widescreen version, along with the new commentary and documentary. I recieved it about 3-4 weeks ago. My review below includes the new cover.

ive had similar problems last month, ordered 12 monkey's CE and got 12 monkey's DTS and they i didnt get my return postage slip for over a month! I kept calling and they say they mailed it each time i called then finally a csr said that there was trouble and they didnt mail it till 2 weeks after i requested a rma, and finally 2 weeks+ after that i got the ups packing label to send. ugh... i wouldnt really mind if they told me the truth and werent as rude to me over the phone. Got 2 csr's with bad robotic attitudes.

Ok, I think I got nailed by this one as well. Just realizing it two months later (it's a long story).

Buy.com (supervisor) is being an a-hole about this and I know I ordered the DTS version. It was $14.99. It was March, around the time that a $10 coupon (no min, I'm guessing) was available. I know we had discussed this title in the DVD Bargains area, but I can't find any old threads over there, as I'm guess they've been archived off somewhere.

Can anyone concur on any of this? Thanks...

Wow. I am surprised this thread is still here.
I ordered mine with a $10 off coupon some time in April or May. I knew that I ordered the DTS version and even had a printout of the item description page for it. When I received it I just had a feeling that I had the wrong one which is why I posted this thread originally.

Well after determining that I had the wrong one I called Buy.com support. It took some time for me to convince the girl that I had been sent the wrong version because the stock number for the one I ordered no longer existed. She sent me a new one with free 2-day air, and said that they would send a pre-paid label for the old one.

After two weeks I called and said that I had not received the label. They told me to continue waiting. Another week and a half passed and I finally received it.
