Is DVDJam any good?

Hey everybody. I was thinking about ordering some pre-order dvd's with DVDJam and was wondering how their service is. Good or bad what do ya'll think of this online store?

They're ok. They're not the best
The only complaint is that it takes
them at least 2 weeks to get your order
even if you pre-order it. Now that's if you order tru regular mail, but still it shouldn't take 2 weeks.

I quit using DVDJam. They were okay, but I placed one of the orders where they would send 3 or 4 $5 off coupons. The first month I used one it was $5 off no minimum. When I tried to use it the next month, they changed it to $5 off $30. With DVDJam's shipping rates, they were too high priced and it REALLY pissed me off when they changed the coupon.
