Used Buy.Com merchandise?

I just received Eagles:Hell Freezes Over DTS CD from Buy.Com but its a used copy. Has anyone else experience Buy.Com sending used copies of merchandise ?

I've received over 20 DVDs from them and never had any problem. I can feel your pain because I know how it feels to receive a used copy instead of new. Give them a call maybe?

At least you got a DVD! I orderd REINDEER GAME, recived it Monday, and it had NO DVD inside the case!
As for used, wanna bet because of that 50 off 50 fiasco, alot of used merchandise was returned, then re-furbished?

Actually, I doubt much mercandise was returned from the 50 off 50 fiasco. Most people got nothing and there weren't that many orders to begin with. Even people who got partial shipments got their stuff for free I think. Only complete shipments would have to be returned (by their rules) and that pretty much excluded DVDs
