Initially when a new listing is posted they'll reduce it either 30-40% in pre-order or on sale for a week or two until they might adjust the sale price. They ship out of California, and they do tracking with all their shipments and do great packaging. Right now until June 24th they have a promo code SAVE10 that saves an additional 10% at check-out.

Yep, I've bought quite a bit from that outfit. Shipping is awfully slow, at least to Canada, but other than that I have no complaints.

FYI, they are owned by mega wholesaler Super D, who also owns Deep Discount, CCM & many others.

I've bought a few things from them on Amazon until I didn't get one of the items. I contacted them and they're solution was for me to use Amazon's safe buying guarantee. It was a $6 CD, totally ticked me off that they wouldn't refund my money or resend the product (they still had one listed). I never ordered from them again.

Shipping is slow for me and I'm just one state up from them.

They also suffer from the syndrome where even if you place an order and try to cancel immediately after, they'll make excuses and tell you they can't do it and that you should refuse the package. That's fine and dandy until they claim they never got it.

I'm finding all the pro and con comments fascinating as regards ImportCDs.com customer service. I guess I've been lucky. I've ordered dvds from them 3 times without issue.

Their shipping has been fine for me so far - one order took five business days, the other four. Plus, they carry all of the Olive discs for around $16 shipped, which is 4 or 5 bucks cheaper than Amazon.

I received Tales that Witness Madness today, a full four days before release date!
