Refunding an item on Amazon...?
 

I sold a PS3 to a buyer on Amazon for $200 and after they took their commission I ended up with $185. I am issuing a refund because the PS3 was damaged. The total charged to the buyer was $203.99, but like I said, I was only issued $185. Do I issue the FULL refund for $203.99 and pay $9 out of pocket or just issue whatever Amazon reimbursed me ($185)?? Thanks.

Refund the full amount and you will only be out what you were paid.

Use the Refund function in your Seller control panel:

Refund the full amount (if that's what you and the buyer agreed to). You will receive 80% of the Amazon fees back (they keep 20% as administrative charges):
