Did Amazon prime change?

I order from amazon 3-5 times a week and have a prime membership. Today i placed an order for four items and two of them say free standard prime shipping guaranteed by Nov 1. Ive never seen this before today. All the items are prime eligible but there are no radio buttons for 2 day shipping next to 2 of the
Items, only free standard. The items are less than 15 bucks and not very big either

Do the items contain hazardous materials? Those items do not qualify for prime 2 day but are standard prime.

I would recommend people not go to the post office near DVDKrayzie for a few days.
