For future reference I recommend you stop checking prices after you have made your purchase.

I do not check. After I buy something I really do not care if it goes up or down. They email me. I do have to say last year had to take the cake. I bought a cpu i5, and a high-end mother board. Yes I was happy with it. After I bought it, I forgot what its called but it showed that I could get a i7e cpu for $256 ($59 more and $1100 cheaper). Hell yes I jump on that bad baby. FYI there was a problem with the system and I did call them to see if they where going to send it if so to stop the i5. The person did know about the problem, and did give me the i7e at $256.


I understand what they are trying to do. What I do not understand is why they try to up sell you after you paid for the lower end item. This also happen with the mother board. I got a email two days after the other one was shipped. Yes I did buy the 2nd one.

In short. Do not tell my you lower the price after I paid for it. If you do I will ask for a refund or a price match. Say no and it will go back.
