Has anyone ordered from Rareflix.com? I ordered a Shaw Brothers/Tokyo Shock dvd from them a week ago and still have not received it. I requested first class mail. I also emailed them 24hrs ago and haven't heard from them yet. My credit card was already charged.

Probably. I think they advertise on MB's releases.

Even with huge trusted companies I think I'd give at least two weeks for the package and 72 hours for an answer to an email.
