I purchased The Simpsons season 13 on blu ray. Everything was perfect except the booklet was heavily damaged so I exchanged it. The second copy I got the slipcase looks terrible and the booklet is also damaged(not as bad as first one) My question is what should I do??? I have OCD and also I like to have things as they are intended to be ie NEW CONDITION.

if you're going to exchange it for a booklet.. i would def exchange it for the case.

With a name like yours you shouldn't have any problem.

Two things you can do about it. The only one that will get you what you want, is to exchange it again. Maybe open it at the counter this time?

The only problem with that is the way the cover is, it's damn near impossible to see what's wrong with it until after its completely open. I'm goin to exchange it one more time.

Yea they make you so that you don't watch something, and then exchange it for a brand new one, and then return it for a full refund.

My 1st copy had: The best slipcase and worst booklet
My 2nd copy had: The worst slipcase and the best booklet
My 3rd and final copy had: The second best slipcase and the second best booklet...still not a perfect copy but decent.

I know it seems stupid to keep trying to get a pefect copy, but if you click the link in my sig you would know how big a Simpsons fan I am.

When you exchanged the first copy, couldn't you have just swapped the slipcases? They've gotta return the open/damaged copy anyway, I don't see why they wouldn't let you mix and match.

The ppl at BB don't really like doing things like that. I wouldn't even ask because I would have knew the answer. I'm happy with the one I have now.
