WB Shop Issues?
I recently wanted to buy Batman Under The Red Hood on bluray. WB Shop showed the price at $15.27 for me (with a 36% off savings I assume since I am a WB Insider member). When I add the item to my cart it shows a price of $17.68. I sent an email and their representative said that if I ordered they would reimburse me, and she suggested I call for further assistance. I called their help line, and the woman I spoke to said she had no idea why my screen was showing $15.27. Hers was showing $20 and change. I tried explaining I was a WB Insider member, but she didn't help me any even after she talked to her supervisor. Has anyone else had similar problems? This is the second time this has happened to me. I know the price difference isn't that large, but if they are showing me a price I expect to get that price.

Oh yea a few months back I ordered the Dirty Harry Blu Ray collection and after all the coupons and free shipping it came out to around $38.
They charged my CC and there was a pending charge for over 2 weeks , they claimed that the order never showed up on their computers and to expect the pending charge to be dropped.
So I missed out on a good deal and never once did the customer service rep ever really try to help me , she acted as if they put a pending charge on my CC by accident and I didn't want it ... not like "let me help you cancel it and we will make sure you get the merchandise for the price we promised".
Really weird.....

My experiences with their customer service is varied. The first time I got a damaged item, they replaced it in two days with just an email. The second time they charged me $600 from Saturday to Wednesday (pending) for an order that never went through. I called and wrote them numerous emails but they never even attempted to help me, and finally sent me a 25% off coupon for any dvd box set as "compensation." I tried using it but it didn't show up since I had my insider rewards, and then it was worthless.
Today, though, I called about a situation where I had a coupon for $10 off. It was applied to an item that was subsequently removed from my order. When I realized what happened I called to get it reapplied, or else get the item that was removed put back on (which was free after coupon). After ten minutes she finally just re-added the item because she didn't know how to reapply the coupon. That's a fair compromise.

Did you have any problems because you were an Insider Member? The woman I talked to acted like she didn't understand that Insiders get discounts. She was making it sound like the $17 deal was better than what she was showing so I didn't have a right to complain about getting the $15 deal that was being shown to me before I put it in my cart.
Could you do me a favor and tell me what price is being shown for you for the Bluray Batman Under The Hood?

The bundle is the bd + the batman tee for $34.95. If you wait until that special ends, assuming they don't raise the price, it should work.

Thanks for the help. Glad you were able to provide me with the info I needed. Luckily I got it already from a member here on the boards for $11 used. A pretty awesome deal if you ask me

Re: WB Shop Issues?
Here's my summary of a WB Shop issue:
I ordered 3 copies of #1 Ladies' Detective Agency cuz it was only 15 bucks each-great price. I also ordered The Final Destination blu-Ray in 3-D cuz I am a sucker for 3-D.
I only got 1 #1 Detective, not 3, and Final Destination was the original movie(not THE Final Destination)
In the past 2 weeks, e-mailing back and forth so far I got 1 damaged #1 Ladies, and another Final Destnation non 3-D original film. They are making me crazy because every time I think it's fixed I get another issue. I am supposed to get another 2 copies of #1 Ladies, and still no resolution on the The Final Dstination issue. Anyone had something this bad?

I am sorry to hear that. I haven't had anything that bad happen. Hopefully they will work it out. They seem to try to fix issues that they are aware of at least from my experience.

My latest e-mail I got today says, "Please give us a week to research this with the warehouse to determine why you are receiving the wrong product."
I don't wanna wait a week, but if it works out, then that would be nice!
