has anyone ever ordered a dvd through Best DVD Entertainment website? i placed an order on 4/16/2010 and have yet to receive my order. i contacted them through e-mail and i was advised my order was lost in the mail and would be reshipped, but i still have not received the order....theresa

You might just want to get your money back. I've never heard of this site.

Haven't heard of them either. I'd make sure I don't miss the window on disputing with my credit card company, but otherwise would be patient.

Okay, why do people buy from these sites? Are they cheaper than Amazon or a reputable eBay seller? Seems like these 'no name vendor' threads pop up all of the time.

I know exactly where you are coming from because I placed an order with them on 06/12/10 and they have already received payment, but I have not gotten any merchandise so far. I email them at least every few days, but unlike you I receive no response back and my order is still saying pending and that should not be. I told them in my most recent email that i was going to contact the proper authorities for this matter if i do not receive my money back or the merchandise. Do you have any other good suggestions that i could do to make the matter clear. Help and totally frustrated.

As others have already stated, call your bank/credit card company and report the fraudulent claim and ask for the credit back on your account. Use the link that was posted above as reference if they need it.

I have already filed a complaint ( dispute ) against "best dvd entertainment" for an order that i placed on 10/ 15/ 10 but never received. I can't even locate the website now.
This company has caused me to change my credit card number like my bank suggested.

i also ordered from best entertainment in 4/2010 and to no avail - no web site
